Straightforward rules for cancellations, duplicate charges, and service failures.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests
Because paid API work begins when monitoring is configured, completed billing periods are generally non-refundable. Contact us within 7 days of a first purchase if the service materially fails to match its description. We review these requests individually and honor rights required by applicable law.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
We will investigate duplicate charges or billing errors promptly. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, may issue the final refund to the original payment method and may apply mandatory consumer-cancellation rules based on location.
