Terms of service
Effective July 15, 2026. By using mentionpop, you agree to these terms.
The service
mentionpop provides sampled GEO and AEO observations, evidence storage, and reporting tools. You are responsible for your account, submitted data, client permissions, report interpretation, and all decisions made from the output.
No ranking or outcome guarantee
AI and search systems are controlled by third parties and change without notice. Results may differ by run, wording, location, model, device, or personalization. We do not guarantee rankings, mentions, citations, traffic, revenue, client retention, or uninterrupted third-party availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, evade limits, probe security, submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, resell access without permission, or represent sampled observations as complete or guaranteed truth.
Billing and termination
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, taxes, and payment records. We may suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or material breach. You may cancel at any time; access ordinarily continues through the current paid period.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” mentionpop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
